Bonnemaison in Minneapolis

This weekend we went out to Minneapolis to film the 50th commencement ceremony at Walden University! We had the honor of hearing and filming the keynote speaker. He is a humanitarian and hero who saved more than 1,200 refugees from the Rwandan genocide in 1994 by housing them in his hotel in Rwanda. The film Hotel Rwanda was based on his courageous actions to save the refugees. While we were there Curtis Mariano had his first experience directing a few cameras during the shoot!

Happy Veteran’s Day!
Bonnemaison was honored to be apart of Walden Universities Black History Lives Here, a four-part series of moving conversations with Black members of the Walden community as they share their stories and discuss how we can all contribute to a better future. https://www.facebook.com/waldenu/posts/10158125563691317
Today we honor and remember Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s fight for civil rights and social justice.
Wishing everyone a Happy Holidays!
