MDF – John & James Film

Have been to the Maryland Film Festival yet? Head over there today!

Bonnemaison’s Hannah Oneda worked as cinematographer on the short film, John & James. It’s an intimate portrait of the cross-cultural bond between Baltimore’s iconic Arabbers and a community of rural Pennsylvania Mennonites. The short film is showing 2 times during the festival:

  • Friday, May 4th at 1:45pm @ MICA Lazarus Center.
  • Saturday May 5th at 11:00am @ the Parkway Theater, Theater #2.

We’ll see you there!

Bonnemaison was honored to be apart of Walden Universities Black History Lives Here, a four-part series of moving conversations with Black members of the Walden community as they share their stories and discuss how we can all contribute to a better future. https://www.facebook.com/waldenu/posts/10158125563691317
Today we honor and remember Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s fight for civil rights and social justice.
